Heritage Used Car and Truck Parts, LLC 90 Day Warranty Agreement:
All parts come with a 90 Day replacement or money back Guarantee (up to discernment of Heritage staff) Unless otherwise stated.
Our terms and policies are as follows.
Our Guarantee starts at the time of purchase, not the time of installation
We do not cover labor fee's under any circumstances. The Guarantee is void if you disassemble or modify the part in anyway with out contacting us first.
****Bolt on Parts Guarantee****
Includes but is not limited to the following Alternators, starters, power steering pumps, Ac
Compressors, steering gears(racks), throttle bodies, turbo's, etc.
All parts come with a 90 Day warranty These Items are sold as good working used parts. Any electrical sensors that may be included are not covered by our Guarantee. The only exception is MASS AIR FLOW Sensors/meters. Air flow sensors ARE covered by our Guarantee. Examples of non covered items: TPS sensors and IACV on throttle bodies are not covered.
The pulleys may need to be changed on alternators and power steering pumps depending on application. All Ac Compressors include the pulley and clutch The pulley and clutch assembly IS covered by our Guarantee. Steering gears(racks) may include tie rod ends, we
DO NOT cover the tie rod ends. We always recommend replacing them with new ones when doing the job. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased
****Interior parts and Woodgrain Guarantee****
Includes but is not limited to the following Interior trim pieces, shifters, rear view mirrors,woodgrain trim pieces, temperature controls, etc.
All parts come with a 90 day warranty. All items are as described in description
If you are not happy with the appearance of an item please let us know. We do our best to describe them accurately. Temperature controls are sold as good working units. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion
We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased
****Engine Guarantee****
All parts come with a 90 day warranty. All engines are sold as used long blocks
(block & heads) Our Guarantee covers only the block and heads.All included parts* are not covered by our Guarantee These engines are sold with the understanding that harness, sensors, fuel system, manifolds, etc. may need to be changed to fit your application We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased *possible included parts not covered under Guarantee and not limited to the following (these items may or may not be on the engine)
Intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies, fuel rails, fuel injectors, EGR valves or other emissions system parts, wiring harnesses, crank sensors, cam sensors and any other
electrical sensor that may be included, valve covers, distributer, carburetors, flywheel, etc...
Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined.
We reserve right to have 3rd party mechanic ensure item was properly installed.
****Transmission Guarantee****
All parts come with a 90 day warranty. All transmission are sold as used good working parts with mileage as stated if available. Most automatic transmission will include the torque convertor which is covered by our Guarantee. We do not cover any part of the clutch system, it is always recommended to replace the clutch when installing a manual transmission. Any cables, mounts, or linkages are not covered under Guarantee.
All Wheel Drive transmissions such as audi, Subaru, Volvo etc. include the internal differentials and transfer cases, the only exception is 4 matic mercedes transmissions that have external
transfer cases. 4x4 Truck and SUV transmissions do not include transfer cases. We do not under any circumstances cover labor fee's Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion
We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased.
*****Body Panels and Sheet Metal*****
Hoods, fenders, trunks, hatches, quarters, doors, beds, bumpers, core supports etc. are guaranteed to be non rusty and paintable parts with minimal damage. Paint is never guaranteed. Neither the condition
or the color are guaranteed. Small dings, scratches, and paint damage are to be expected. We have photos to show condition as best as possible. Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles. Electrical parts inside doors are not guaranteed, such as lock actuators, window motors, and regulators. Interior panels are never guaranteed to be on doors.
******Electrical Parts****************
Instrument and Speedometer Clusters : We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed. Heritage Used Car and Truck Parts, LLC will not return or refund any units until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.
Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent in order to rectify a non-working module. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. In the event this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.
